More recently, they announced Graph Search which is to enhance the search options for individual users on a higher level by taking items they talk about on thier Walls to suggesting Fan Pages and other people to connect to. The goal is to incorporate a more active Facebook experience.
Creating a Facebook Page isn't enough. The wording need to be configured in such a way that not only are your "keywords" placed strategically into your content, but also your page description. The Timeline Layout also requires a clear, large cover photo eliminating specific language and promotional material from the image.
From followers to applications to content to management of that content; Facebook has a lot going on that could be beneficial to any business marketing plan. Because your viewers are inundated with status updates, pictures, videos, links and music, it is imperative that effectively maintaining activity will help you stay in front of your clients on a more regular basis. Facebook is a great place for story telling. Relate-able stories draw viewer relevance and also increases customer retention.
