• Hourly Travel will include time from our office to the venue where the presentation will be held.
• Prizes provided at the event will be determined by client and may be of expense to client determinate of the scope of the presentation
• All resources required to conduct presentation will be responsibility of client. This includes but is not limited to projector, projector screen, internet connectivity, speakers, microphone, lighting, etc as determined by the scope and meeting venue.
• Video and pictures will be taken at event, Client agrees that such video, pictures and screen shots provided can be used for marketing purposes
