• Defining Custom Scope of work for presentation will be tracked in 1 hour increments
• Food/Room/Travel Expenses not included but will be the responsibility of client to arrange prior to presentation date
• Service includes Custom PowerPoint preparation, hourly fee for creating custom presentation, hourly rate during setup – presentation – and session following for individual question/answer times, hourly rate during travel.
• Hourly Travel will include time from our office to the venue where the presentation will be held.
• Prizes provided at the event will be determined by client and may be of expense to client determinate of the scope of the presentation
• All resources required to conduct presentation will be responsibility of client. This includes but is not limited to projector, projector screen, internet connectivity, speakers, microphone, lighting, etc as determined by the scope and meeting venue.
• Video and pictures will be taken at event, Client agrees that such video, pictures and screen shots provided can be used for marketing purposes for Clere Communications, LLC
